Expanding your Workforce with the NC Apprenticeship Program
Video from Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina. Watch on YouTube.
What you'll get
A 2023 webinar in which an ApprenticeshipNC supervisor explains registered apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship, and three eastern North Carolina employers, an electrical contractor, a bakery and a heating and air company, describe how they run theirs, two of them with a community college handling the classroom side. Its funding figures are from 2023, so ask an ApprenticeshipNC consultant what help is open now.
Do this week
List the roles you expect to struggle to fill over the next three years, and write one question about each to ask an ApprenticeshipNC consultant.
