Terms
The plain rules for using Dozens School. Last updated October 20, 2026.
The program
Dozens School is free and run by Dozens, a startup studio in Asheville, NC. Taking part creates no obligation to Dozens: no equity, no right of first refusal, no pitch. We may change the program or end it, and we'll email members before we end it.
Your account
Use your real name and an email address you check, keep your password to yourself, and keep to one account per person. You're responsible for what's posted from your account.
Your content
Your company's details and weekly updates are yours. You let us store them and show them to the people our privacy page describes: your cofounders and our staff, and, for your company's directory listing, other members.
Using the site
Don't post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, don't harass other members, and don't try to break, overload or scrape the site. We may suspend or remove an account that does.
The curriculum
Lessons link to videos, essays and guides that belong to their creators, whose own terms apply. None of those publishers have reviewed or endorsed Dozens School. Lessons and staff replies are for learning, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice; check with a professional before you act on anything that matters.
No guarantees
We provide Dozens School as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, Dozens isn't liable for losses that come from using the program or relying on its material.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with its date, and email members about significant changes. North Carolina law governs these terms.
