The North Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership lists money programs for the state's manufacturers, each with a contact: federal SBIR research grants and the One North Carolina match for them, a state cash grant for companies that open or expand a facility, Manufacturing USA project calls, a hiring tax credit, no-cost supplier matching and NC IDEA grants. Some links no longer reach the program they name and the NC IDEA grants favor companies headed for venture funding or large revenue, so open each link and read its eligibility before you count on any of it.
