The NC Community College System's NCEdge page describes customized workforce training that a college designs with an employer and delivers at your site, online or at a college, at no added cost to the employer. Its eligibility page lists the industries it serves, including advanced manufacturing, and the kinds of activity it looks for, such as a capital investment, new technology or new jobs, so read the criteria before you call.
Do this week
Read the eligibility page, write which of its criteria your company meets today, such as new equipment or new jobs, and name the training you would ask for first.
