One order of operations for starting a startup

What you'll get
Michael Seibel's order for the first months: pick a problem, build the simplest version that works, and get one or two customers before anything else. Around the ten-minute mark he says that for most ideas you don't need an incorporation or a bank account to try something, and that teams who get lost in legal work and fundraising often never test their idea at all.
Do this week
Go through this week's to-do list and, for each legal or paperwork task, ask whether it blocks your next customer conversation or your first version. If it doesn't, move it later and spend the time with customers.
